ギャラリー360°での個展カタログ「US」がbetween the bookから発刊されたことを記念してアーティスト・小林エリカの作品展示およびポスター関連書籍の販売をいたします。 展示作品は、「history of us」わたしたちの歴史。 ひとりひとりの18歳からアメリカと日本の戦後史をみつめなおすインスタレーション。 ギャラリー360°での展示に新たに塩釜での数点の写真を加え、巡回展示いたします。 また作家を囲んでのレセプションパーティー(4/18)では、小林エリカ作『OKINAWA　from south to north』『HIROSHIMA mon amour』『FLORIDA launch of the Discovery』という、三つの場所にまつわるドローイングのスライドショーを特別に行います。 birdo space happily presents an exhibition by Erika Kobayashi from April 11th to 26th. This is the traveling show from Gallery 360 (Tokyo) to celebrate her catalogue "us" published by "between the book" (Utrecht) In this exhibition, Kobayashi exhibits the work on a series of "history of us." She has interviewed various people in Japan and America about the experience at the age of 18. Kobayashi determines the Japanese and American postwar histories through her installation piece. In addition to the Japan-America interviews, she will exhibit the interviews and the memorial photographs collected in Shiogama. In the reception held in April 18th, 19:00-21:00 at birdo space, Erika will present a drawing slideshow of "OKINAWA from south to north" "HIROSHIMA mon amour" "FLORIDA launch of the Discovery."

【小林エリカ】
1978年東京生まれ。
2003年カナダバンフセンターにアーティスト・イン・レジデンス（国際交流基金）。
2006年エストニアEAA、フランスCAMACにアーティスト・イン・レジデンス（野村国際文化財団）。
2007-8年アジアン・カルチュラル・カウンシルの招聘でアメリカ、ニューヨークに滞在。
現在、東京在住。

個展は 東京のgallery 360°"US " 。グループ展はカナダのHelen Pitt gallery "Ocean Fresh " などに参加。 著書は小説に「ネバーソープランド」（河出書房新社）「空爆の日に会いましょう」（マガジンハウス）コミックは詩をモチーフにした「終わりとはじまり」（マガジンハウス）がある。
